Kristine is an experienced property manager with 5 years of hands-on experience managing her own short-term vacation rental in Downeast Maine. She is also a licensed Realtor® with Locations Real Estate Group, and lives in Scarborough with her husband, son, and rescue pup.

A fourth-generation New Englander, Kristine is an outdoor enthusiast, mom, wife to a photographer, and loves supporting her local community. Maine offers stunning wildlife, such as bald eagles in Scarborough Marsh and snowy owls in Old Orchard Beach, along with a vibrant arts scene, great food, and a thriving entrepreneurial spirit. Kristine is passionate about helping others explore Greater Portland and invest in real estate here.
